About Dr. Pamela Frank
Dr. Pamela Frank, BSc (Hons), ND, has practised as a naturopathic doctor since 1999 and estimates having helped over 10,000 patients. She attended York University on a full scholarship and was consistently on the Dean's Honour Roll, and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, licensed with CONO. naturopathtoronto Her career began in 1984 as a medical laboratory technologist at Humber River Regional Hospital, a role she held for two decades before moving into naturopathic medicine after her own positive experience as a patient. Overcoming personal health issues drove her interest in women's health. Clinical focus: PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, infertility, PMS/PMDD, perimenopause and menopause, thyroid conditions, acne, hair loss, weight loss, IBS and digestive disorders, fatigue and adrenal/HPA-axis dysfunction, anxiety and depression. Treatment modalities include acupuncture, herbal medicine, diet and nutrition, supplements, and extensive conventional plus functional lab testing. She is a published author (NDNR, CAND journal), a continuing-education presenter to other NDs, and has appeared on CBC Radio and CP24. Outside practice she does kickboxing/karate, yoga, tennis, Scouting, podcasting, and backcountry camping; lives in Toronto with her family and rescue dog.
